The Minnesota Department of Revenue provides customer service at the Stassen Building in St. Paul on a first-come, first-served basis.
You can find answers to most of your tax questions on this website. We're also available to help you by telephone and email. See our Contact Us page.
For in-person customer service, be prepared to provide a valid state or federal government photo identification and your Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
The Stassen Building is open to the public 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. See About Us for more information.
