This course is an overview of Minnesota withholding tax. It covers the fundamental elements of withholding tax responsibilities for employers.
The content focuses on the three main responsibilities of employers: Depositing tax, filing returns, and filing W-2s and 1099s.

Does this webinar cover other employment-related taxes, such as unemployment?
No. We will only cover Minnesota Withholding Tax information.
Can I get continuing education credit for attending this seminar?
Yes. If you actively participate, you may receive up to 2.0 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits in the Taxes – Technical field of study. This is a basic-level class and uses the Group Internet delivery method.
