Incarcerated Customers

If you were incarcerated, we may not levy your wages for six months after your release if both of the following are true:

• Your incarceration resulted in you losing your job
• We receive an exemption claim

Note: You do not qualify for this exemption if you participate in a work release program or are able to work.

We may still: 

• File a lien
• Levy your bank account
• Seize assets
