Enforced Collection Actions

The Minnesota Department of Revenue can take the following enforced collection actions to collect state tax or other agency debts:
- Levy (take) a portion of your disposable wages
- Levy (take funds from) your bank account
- Seize (take) property and sell it to pay your debt
- Revoke or deny renewal of your business or professional license
- Offset (take) any vendor payment owed to you by a state agency
- Revoke your sales tax permit
