Annexations Affecting Local Government Aid (LGA) - Form AIR


Due to Department of Revenue by July 15​

Cities should complete an Annexation Information Report (Form AIR) to ensure annexations or changes in boundaries or forms of government are reflected in future LGA payments.

Send Form AIR to the Department of Revenue by July 15 of the aid calculation year or it will not be used when calculating your aid amount.
