Course Approval Requests

All courses must be approved by the Minnesota State Board of Assessors. To receive credit for a course that's not listed on the board-approved lists, you must submit a Request Form for Course Approval to the board.

• Licensed assessors must submit the form in the Assessor Licensing System.  The request must include a course outline, description, and the anticipated timeline for each topic.

• Sponsoring Organizations must submit the Request Form for Course Approval. The request must include a course outline, description, and the anticipated timeline for each topic.
