Licensed Minnesota assessors and those seeking a license must complete education courses approved by the Board of Assessors.

Continuing Education Requirements for Minnesota Assessors

These requirements apply to the current four-year licensing cycle (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2028).

If your license level on July 1, 2024, was:To renew your license on July 1, 2028, you must obtain:​Your CEHs must include:
​CMA50 CEHs (Continuing Education Hours)​Ethics Seminar
​AMA or SAMA60 CEHs (Continuing Education Hours)​Ethics Seminar and 30 PACE Hours
