Currently Licensed Assessors
The current fiscal year licensed assessors lists are updated after every board meeting throughout the fiscal year.
If you are the county assessor, it is your responsibility to ensure any local assessors working in your county are currently licensed at the required license level before you give them the assessment books, access to the county system, etc. This can be done by requesting to view their current assessor license or by checking the appropriate fiscal year Licensed Assessors List, if available at the time.
County assessors should also ensure that their employees have a current license at the appropriate license level for work that is assigned to them.
If you are the city or township assessor and have people working for you, you should ensure that they have a current license at the appropriate license level for the work that is assigned to them.
