Demonstration Narrative Report

Writing a Demonstration Narrative Appraisal Report is an alternative to the Residential Form Appraisal Report and Residential Case Study Exam for the Accredited Minnesota Assessor (AMA) licensure.

  Note: Candidates should be thoroughly familiar with the requirements outlined in these documents and should contact a grader before writing the report to ensure that an acceptable subject property has been selected.
