Verification codes add an extra layer of security to your e-Services account. They are sent through text message, email, or an authenticator app.

Do I have to enter a verification code?

Yes, a verification code is required to log into e-Services.

Will I be charged for the text message?

Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

Do you recommend a particular authenticator app?

No, but any authenticator app should work with e-Services.

I cannot receive my code. What do I do?

Your business's e-Services Master can reset your two-step verification from their profile. You will reset your verification method the next time you log on.
