Manage a Bank or Wage Levy

You can use e-Services to manage wage or bank levies you receive from the Minnesota Department of Revenue.

1. From the Accounts tab, select the desired link from the Levy section:
   • Levy List
   • Submit levy disclosures
   • Submit levy payments

    2.   Complete the remaining steps as directed.

Note: If you do not see Levy under the Accounts tab, your e-Services Master will need to grant you access.
