The Property Tax Division at the Department of Revenue compiles annual summaries of legislative law changes related to property taxes. These summaries inform and educate property tax administrators and taxpayers about the many legislative changes that affect property tax laws each year.

Please note, law summaries are only issued when there is a tax bill signed into law by the governor.
