  • Search by study year selections will now be descending instead of ascending.
  • Deeded acres will now also be shown in the County tab, County Data subtab. This field can be seen and edited there as well as the Property Tab.
  • The change of rejection code from "07b - Renovation" to "07b - Renovation for imminent resale (flip)" which will also impact Web Services.

The Web Services application includes changes required for new city codes in Dakota County, the removal of a property type group, and addition of a property use.

Schema changes:

  • Changed the name of one of the rejection reasons from "Not Typical Market" to "Non-open Market that Results in a Non-typical Sale"
  • Added new simple data type positiveInteger9 to allow 0 as value for land/building value upload
  • Short Term Rental property type group removed
  • Short Term Rental property use added (under Residential property use group)
  • The city name for the current Empire code (0005) is changed from “Empire” to “Empire TWP” for Dakota County

Updates to Submitter and City/County applications:

Feature added:

  • Revised question on the supplementary tab of the Submitter application to document the relationship of the buyer/seller if any.
  • New drop-down list will appear to select the type of relationship. If the applicable relationship is not listed, the user may select "other" and describe the relationship in a text box. 
  • Submitter selection(s) and any additional text are also added to the UI display in the matching location in the County, City and State applications. 
     

July 9, 2021  

Web Services:
The Web Services application includes changes required for new city codes in Scott and Dodge Counties and new property type Utility/Pipeline. The sandbox is available for testing beginning July 9, 2021. The changes will be in Production on Wednesday, July 28th, and include:

Schema changes:

  • New city code 1100 - Credit River was added to Scott County, the existing code 0004 - Credit River was renamed to Credit River TWP
  • City code 7100 - Blooming Prairie was added to Dodge county (note: this change is already in production, this new code is now added to the schema files)
  • New property type Utility/Pipeline – Transportation Pipeline with property type code K75 is added for property type group Public Utility
  • All Property Type codes that contain “Public Utility” are updated to “Utility/Pipeline”

The eCRV 2018-2020 System Upgrade Project upgraded eCRV security and enhanced all eCRV applications. Project application releases:

Web Services:
The Web Services application includes changes required for new city and school district codes. The sandbox is available for testing beginning October 15, 2020. The changes will be in Production on Thursday, November 12th, and include:

The Sales Extract Schema was updated. XML Schema 3 is now available to extract users for testing from October 12 to November 2, 2020. Extract files for testing and transition are posted weekly in the eCRV Weekly Sales Extract virtual room. Schema 3 will be required for all extracts on or after November 9, 2020.

Planned shut down of former Web Services security system is now scheduled for April 30, 2020.

January 16, 2020

Open testing for final Web Services Security Update set for January 16 to March 30, 2020. This provides a window to update and test the security update for all web service interface with eCRV systems.  All County/City/Vendor IT services are requested to exercise the API between your systems and the eCRV test region. New URLs, system logins and Passwords are required.

  • Short Term Rental is added as an option for Property Type Group
  • Property type Blind/Disabled Homestead is changed to Homestead for Persons who are Blind or have a Disability

      • Removed "Date Accepted" date option for searches
    • Search by Parcel ID
      • The system will display the county parcel ID format (no longer necessary to enter the formatting characters for a search)
    • Search by eCRV ID
  • Improved search results display table
    • Able to filter and sort the search results
    • Able to increase the number of results displayed on one page
    • Added "County" to the results table
    • Clicking on an eCRV ID will open the CRV in a new browser tab
  • Fixed defect where the Land and Building Values were not correctly displayed on a completed CRV
  • Legal description attachments can be opened from the search results
  • Search results are limited to 500 (need to refine search if it exceeds 500)​
