Alcohol Importer Report

Any business that imports distilled spirits or wine into Minnesota must file the Alcohol Importer Report monthly with the Minnesota Department of Revenue.

When is the report due?

You must file the report by the 10th of each month to report sales or shipments into Minnesota for the previous month even if you have no activity to report.

We will charge a penalty of $25 for each month you do not file a report.

How do I file this report?

You can file: 

• Electronically through our e-Services system (go to File Alcoholic Beverage Tax Electronically)
• On paper using Form LB37, Distilled Spirits and Wine Shipped into Minnesota
