These reports provide Minnesota county property tax data for the most recent years. Users can choose a county to view detailed classification data.

The summaries contain the data from a county’s most recent submission. Updated data is available about 24 hours after a file has been submitted. Depending on the report, possible summarization levels include:

• County
• City/Town
• Joint City/Town
• School District
• Total All Cities
• Total All Towns
• Unique Taxing Area (UTA)
• Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District

The data in the production summary reports has been submitted by the county into the production environment. However, it is still subject to review by Revenue and may change. You can access certified PRISM summaries here:

Approved PRISM submission summaries can be found on the PRISM Approved Summary Reports page. The data in these reports has been certified by the county and approved by Revenue. Missing county data indicates the submission has not yet been completed by the county.

The data in test summary reports is testing data, submitted with a testing ID. Counties only have access to their own testing data.
