The state dry cleaner solvents fee and dry cleaner registration fee are increasing on July 1, 2020.
Solvents Fee Rates - Effective July 1, 2020
Dry Cleaning Solvents Fee (and Solvents Use Fee) depends on the type of solvent and the number of gallons. The new fee amounts are listed in the table below.

Annual Registration Fee Rates - Effective July 1, 2020
The Dry Cleaning Annual Registration Fee depends on the number of full-time employees The new fee amounts are listed in the table below.

You must file the Annual Registration Fee for Dry Cleaning Facilities (Form DC1) return by October 1, 2020. Your fee payment is due October 18, 2020, or you can pay the registration fee in four installments. If you choose to pay by installments, you must notify us by October 1.
