Revenue Notice # 97-09: Estate Tax Filing Requirements is hereby revoked. Revenue Notice # 97-09 is no longer needed because the Commissioner designates on the return instructions the documents that are required to be filed together with the return pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 289A.10, subdivision 2.
