Property Tax Levy Report

Local governments submit the Property Tax Levy Report to the Department of Revenue each year by December 30. The following tax jurisdictions must submit this report:

• All counties
• Cities with a population of 2,500 or more

2025 Report and Instructions

Please complete and return the Payable 2025 Property Tax Levy Report by December 30, 2024. Email the report to: proptax.admin@state.mn.us.

Note: Aid payments will be reduced if you do not submit the report by January 30, 2025. (See M.S. 275.62, subd.4).
