ST. PAUL, Minn. - The Minnesota Department of Revenue, Minnesota IT Services, and their external technology vendors engaged in the e-Bike Rebate Program continue to work to understand and fix the technical issues on the application site, which is hosted by an external vendor. The site is currently unavailable until further notice.

We are working to identify anyone who successfully submitted an application today before the online portal was closed at 1:30 p.m. (Central Time). We will reach out to these individuals to confirm their application was successfully submitted. These individuals will not have to resubmit applications.

The e-bike bill legislation directed the rebates to be distributed on a first come, first served basis. Due to this provision, we will provide additional information on when the application will open again so potential applicants can plan ahead. You can sign-up to receive these updates directly

The Minnesota Department of Revenue and Minnesota IT Services apologize to potential rebate applicants for the inconvenience.

Get the latest news and updates from the Minnesota Department of Revenue by following the department on Facebook, Instagram, and on X (formerly Twitter) or by signing up for our email subscription list.
