Levy Account

Use the information below to learn about the Levy Account. For information on how to manually enter disclosures or submit levy disclosure files, see the Submitting Levy Disclosures and Payments page.   

What is the Levy Account?

We will create a Levy Account for the e-Services Master the first time we issue you a wage or bank levy. You can use the Levy Account to:

  • View levy balances on your employees and/or bank customers.
  • Submit levy disclosures or payments.
  • Add access for filing, paying, and/or viewing levies to appropriate:

    • Account Managers
    • Third-party Access users

How do I open the Levy Account?

  1. Select the Levy link from the Accounts tab.
    • If you have both bank and wage levies, review the Filing Frequency column for the appropriate type.
    • If you do not see Levy under the Accounts tab, your e-Services Master will need to grant you access.

Submit Levy Disclosures 

  1. Select the appropriate Levy link from the Accounts tab.
  2. Select the Submit levy disclosures link from the I Want To section.
  3. Select Next under the Manually Enter your Levy Disclosure Data option.
  4. Complete the remaining steps as directed. 

Submit Levy Payments

You have the option to make a payment with your levy disclosures. If you want to make a payment at a later date, you have several methods you can use to submit the payment. You can:
