Before his appointment to commissioner, Doty served as assistant commissioner at Revenue. In that role, he oversaw the work of public policy and engagement, and was responsible for the work of the Tax Research, Appeals and Legal Services, and Legislative divisions.
Doty brings extensive experience in the non- and for-profit business sectors. He brings experience related to change management, strategic planning, systems design, marketing, communications, information technology, operations, human resources, and finance.
Before joining Revenue in 2019, Doty was the executive director of the Minnesota State Lottery. He also served as the chief operations officer and chief financial officer for the Minneapolis Public Schools.
Doty received his MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Before joining Revenue as deputy commissioner, Ho was assistant commissioner at the Department of Health where he was responsible for overseeing all of the department's operational activities, including human resources, financial and facilities management, and information technology governance.
Ho has over 30 years of experience in state and federal government service including prior experience with the Department of Revenue directing information technology operations and the U.S. Government Accountability Office evaluating the effectiveness of federal programs. He received his bachelor's degree in business administration from San Diego State University and his master’s degree in public policy and administration from Northwestern University.

Delaney also served as communications director at MNsure. He has experience in private sector public relations and is a former on-air news reporter.

She previously served as a consultant to a range of nonprofit, philanthropic, and political organizations, and before then was in senior management and policy roles at Planned Parenthood of Illinois, the Chicago Department of Public Health’s HIV/AIDS Division, and more.
She holds a bachelor's degree from Macalester College and a master's degree in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago.

Nieman joined Revenue in 2004, serving as an auditor and then supervisor in the Corporate Franchise Tax Division. There, he oversaw an auditing unit and the department’s integrated tax management system. In June 2013, Nieman became Revenue’s first Tax Analytics Manager, managing the data analytics portfolio to assist leadership in decision making. Nieman returned to the Corporate Franchise Tax Division in January 2015 to become the assistant director and was promoted to the Corporate Franchise Tax Division Director in January 2018.

Bronson joined Revenue in 2017, serving as the agency's Taxpayer Rights Advocate. She advised senior management on issues involving taxpayer rights and worked with agency division leadership to create policies and procedures that address the needs of taxpayers.
Before joining the department, Bronson spent eight years as the director of the Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, providing no-cost legal representation to Minnesota taxpayers with limited incomes. She earned a B.S. from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
