Tax Debt Relief for Military Personnel

The Minnesota Department of Revenue temporarily stops collection action on tax debts owed by active duty military personnel, National Guardsmen or reservists, and their spouses.

If you are eligible, we stop collection action for the duration of:

• Active duty, plus six months
• Hospitalization due to injury in a combat zone, plus six months
