Department of Revenue 

Mark Vagts is a Property Tax Compliance Officer (PTCO) in the Property Tax Division and is one of two Department of Revenue members. His term expires on January 3, 2028.

Kelly Ydstie is the Assistant Director in the Property Tax Division. She is one of two Department of Revenue members and serves as executive secretary of the Board. Her term expires on January 6, 2025.

County Assessor 

Anne Grunert is the Brown County Assessor and one of the two county assessor members.  Her term expires on January 6, 2025. 

Lori Schwendemann is the Lac qui Parle County Assessor and the second county assessor member. Her term expires on January 4, 2027

City Assessor 

David Parsons is the City Assessor for the City of Marshall and the city assessor member. His term expires on January 5, 2026. 

Local Assessor

Jane Grossinger is a township assessor and is the local assessor member. Her term expires on January 3, 2028.

Appraisal

Pat Grengs is the appraisal member. His term expires on January 3, 2028.

Public

Mike Reed is a realtor and one of the two public members. His term expires on January 4, 2027.

Averi M Turner is a private citizen and the second public member. Her term expires on January 1, 2026.
