Debt Referrals

Under state law, the Minnesota Department of Revenue may collect delinquent debts owed to the courts and to other state, local, and county agencies.

We handle:

• Additional billing
• Revenue Recapture claims
• Nonliable spouse claims

We use several tools to collect debts, including:

• Levies
• Liens against personal property
• Revocation of professional or business licenses
• Revenue Recapture and other offsets
• Payment agreements
