We are located in the Harold E. Stassen Office Building at 600 N. Robert St., St. Paul, MN 55101. Our building is open to the public 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Our service desk will accept and process payments by check, money order, or cash. You can also submit tax returns, get forms and instructions, and more. For details, see In-Person Customer Service.

Light Rail

The Robert Street Station on the Light Rail Green Line is across the street from the Stassen Building. For more information, see the Green Line page on Metro Transit's website.  

Parking

Metered parking is available in the surface lots next to the building on 14th Street and throughout the Capitol Complex. The parking fee is $2.00 per hour or $8.00 for the day. You can pay by cash, credit card, or debit card.
