Minnesota Paid Leave

Beginning January 2026, the Minnesota Paid Leave program will provide eligible individuals with medical or family leave.  

Leave payments are determined based on what you earned in the previous year.  

The Minnesota Paid Leave program is administered by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED).
