Disciplinary Actions
State law authorizes the board to suspend or revoke a license, or to censure, warn, or fine licensed assessors for failing to meet statutory requirements, failure to comply with the Code of Conduct and Ethics for Licensed Minnesota Assessors, and other causes. (See Minnesota Statute 270.41.)
The board publishes final disciplinary actions and reports them to the Minnesota Legislature.
