The Homestead data files are inventories of all homesteads in the county. They are compared to information provided by taxpayers on the Property Tax Refund (PTR) forms and used to create Duplicate Homestead reports for counties. Beginning in 2025, there will no longer be separate PTR and Duplicate data file submissions. 

The Real-Personal (RP) data file is based on the previous year assessment and includes the current and prior payable year tax statement data. 

The Manufactured-Home (MH) data file is based on the current year assessment and includes the current and prior payable year tax statement data.  

Files will not be accepted prior to March 1. Data file submission dates:

• The RP Homestead data file is due April 30
• The MH Homestead data file is due July 31
