Private data about you cannot be used or released to others if:
1. there is no law permitting that use or release, or
2. a law permits the use or release, but we didn’t tell you so when the information was collected.
In either case, we can’t use or release data unless you give your permission. You can also give permission to someone else to see private data about you.
