Live Webinar Training Session for the New e-Services System
The Department of Revenue has received a number of requests for live online training sessions in preparation for the roll-out of our new e-Services system. In response, we are offering two live webinar sessions, using WebEx technology.
These sessions will be held:
Tuesday, October 11, 2011 from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.
Thursday, October 13, 2011 from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
The sessions are limited to 120 attendees. If you are interested in attending one of these sessions, please click on the “WebEx Net Conferencing” link below. When you click on the link you will be directed to a page that displays the current day sessions. To register for the e-Services demonstration:
Go to WebEx Net Conferencing
Click on the “Upcoming” tab located in the middle of your screen.
You will see “E-Services Live Demo”, with “Michelle Kluge” listed as the presenter. To the right of Michelle’s name you will see a “register” link. Click on this link and enter the required information. Click “register” at the bottom of the page.
You will receive an e-mail with directions on how to attend the live demonstration for the date you are registered to attend.
Note: While we have tested this technology within the department, we do not have the ability to test this technology on each individual participant’s computer. While we have done our best to set up a simple system for our participants, it is possible that issues may arise. Unfortunately, we do not have technical support available to assist our individual participants. If the department experiences technical difficulties during the live webinar, we may need to discontinue the presentation and look at possible options for rescheduling the event.
