Assessment and Classification Practices Reports

The Department of Revenue has completed several Assessment and Classification reports about various property types and property tax programs. The department’s Property Tax Division produces these reports when requested or mandated by the Legislature or Governor’s Office. Reports dating back to 2006 are posted below.
