Manufactured Home Abstract

The Manufactured Home Abstract summarizes the extension of property taxes each year on manufactured homes. It supplies data on values, levies and credits for manufactured homes, which are assessed as personal property and therefore reported separately from real property. It is used for certifying state-paid credits for manufactured homes, and for legislative reporting and research. The county auditor prepares this abstract.
