The Certificate of Real Estate Value (CRV) File compiles all sales information throughout the state. County assessors should use the CRV File instructions and supporting materials posted below to prepare and submit CRV files for sales received by the county beginning Oct. 1, 2012.
The Sales Ratio Study Criteria posted below should be used as a guideline for all CRVs received with sale dates beginning Oct. 1, 2012, and for all certificates with auditors' dates beginning Nov. 1, 2012.
