State Assessed Property Forums

The Department of Revenue typically hosts two State Assessed Property Forums each year, in the fall and spring. At these forums, we discuss valuation and capitalization rate methodology with company representatives and other stakeholders. See below for more information about upcoming and past forums.

Upcoming Forums 

2018 Fall Forum

The 2018 State Assessed Property Fall Forum is scheduled for November 14, 2018. We sent Save the Dates on September 4, 2018 to county assessors and auditors, and company representatives of State Assessed Property. We will send a formal invitation, which will include an RSVP request.

2017 Spring Forum

We held the 2017 State Assessed Property Spring Forum on March 8, 2017.

We held 2016 State Assessed Property Fall Forum on November 2, 2016. 

2016 Spring Forum
