Penalty and Interest Forgiveness due to Storms

Governor Mark Dayton declared a state of emergency on June 19 due to damage caused by the recent severe weather. If your county is included in the executive order and you were prevented from filing or paying your Deed Tax, including the accelerated payment, on time (for due dates June 11 through July 22) we may cancel the penalty and interest if it is applied.
