e-Services Payment System – Estimated Payments for Individual Income Tax

​Submitting One Estimated Payment

To submit one estimated payment:

  1. Click No, I am not using a Letter ID.
  2. Select Individual as the type of taxpayer.
  3. Select Individual Income Tax as the type of tax.
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Select Estimate as the type of payment. The filing period will automatically fill in for you.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Complete the remaining steps.

 

Submitting Multiple Estimated Payments

You can make multiple estimated tax payments for the year at the same time. To do so:

  1. Click No, I am not using a Letter ID.
  2. Select Individual as the type of taxpayer.
  3. Select Individual Income Tax as the type of tax.
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Select Estimate as the type of payment. The filing period will automatically fill in for you.
  7. Click Next.
  8. To make multiple payments, click the  Yes, I am making multiple payments radio button. (Additional payment fields will display.)
  9. Schedule your payments and complete the remaining steps.
