e-Services Payment System - Cancelling Payments

​If needed, you can cancel a payment you made with the e-Services Payment System until 5 p.m. Central Time on the payment date you specified. You will need the following information:

  • The email address used when making the payment.
  • The confirmation number for the payment you wish to cancel. (If you made multiple estimated payments at one time, each payment will have it's own confirmation number.)

To cancel your payment:

  1. Click View or Cancel a Payment.
  2. Enter the email address and payment confirmation number.
  3. When your payment request displays, click Withdraw Request and complete the remaining steps as directed. 
Note: The system will confirm when you have successfully cancelled the payment.
