Update Bank Information

There are two ways to update your bank information in e-Services, as outlined below.
 

From your Profile

To update your banking information:
 
  1. Select Manage my profile from the I Want To menu.
  2. Select the Bank Information tab.
  3. To:
  • Add or Update a default bank: Select the account link under the appropriate customer. Use the links to Clear default, Set as default, or Add bank information as needed.
  • Remove a bank: Select the bank link for the account you would like to edit. Then select the Remove this payment source link.
  • Rename a bank: Select the bank link for the account you would like to edit. Then select the Rename button.
   4.  Complete the remaining steps in e-Services as directed.
 

From a Payment

You can also add your bank information when you're making a payment. To do so:
 
  1. Select New in the Bank Information section.
  2. Enter the new bank information.
  3. Select Yes to Save as default for future use and complete the remaining steps.
