Make a Payment with a Letter ID

​All bills sent from the Department of Revenue will have a letter ID on them. This letter ID can be used when making a payment in e-Services.

To make a payment with a letter ID:

  1. Select Manage payments from the I Want To section. The next page will list your payment options.
  2. Select the Using a Letter Id link under the Make a payment section and then complete the remaining steps as directed.
Note:  You will be able to view this payment from your Activity Center tab, History section.
