Create a New User

​Your e-Service Master can create a new user online. Before creating a new user, you should decide:

 To create a new user online:

  1. Select Manage my profile under the I Want To section.
  2. Select Manage Additional Logons under the I Want To section.
  3. Select Create New Logon.
  4. Complete the remaining steps as directed.


Note: Record the answer to the security question. This information will not be included on the confirmation page.
