About This Page

Registered revenue recapture agencies. Agencies submit and update their own claims. Claimant agencies can include state agencies, the regents of the University of Minnesota, district courts of the state, county, statutory or home rule charter cities, or hospital districts. Additionally, private nonprofit hospitals that lease its building from the county or city in which it is located, public agencies responsible for child support enforcement and public agencies responsible for the collection of court-ordered restitution can also be included.
