If you have not filed your return, complete Form M30, Occupation Tax Return, along with any supporting forms or documentation.
When is the return due?
Your Occupation Tax return is due on May 1. If the due date falls on the weekend or legal holiday the return is due by the next business day.
Your Occupation Tax must be paid by May 1 or we will assess penalties and interest.
