If you have been locked out or have forgotten your password to the e-Services system, call Registration Services at 651-282-5225 or 1-800-657-3605 to receive a temporary password.
In the event your account becomes locked, you can sign up to have your password automatically reset and a new temporary password sent to your email.
To sign up, log in to e-Services and click on “Forgot Your Password?” and follow the prompts. You cannot use this feature if your account is already locked.
If your account is locked and you did not sign up to have your password reset, check with others in your office to determine if they created or changed the password. The same password is used for all e-Services transactions for all business tax types.
