If you need to report changes to a return and schedules that you've already filed, you must file an amended Form G1 and schedules. You can use Form G1 to report your changes. Just check the "Amended return" box in the top section of Form G1.
If you're amending a return for a month prior to December 2012, you'll need to use prior-year forms.
Amended returns cannot be filed electronically through e-Services. A paper return must be completed and sent to Revenue.
If you amend a Form G1 or schedules and the changes you make affect returns you've filed since that period, call the Lawful Gambling Tax Unit for instructions.
Be sure to correct your own copies for your records!
Important: If you use tax software to prepare your gambling tax return, and you make a change to a previously filed return, remember to also file an amended return with the Department of Revenue.
