You may receive a Preliminary Audit Report after an auditor has reviewed your records. This is your opportunity to review their findings and provide additional information if you disagree with the findings.
What do I need to do?
Review this report in its entirety. If you agree with the findings, contact the auditor and let them know they can finalize the audit.
If you disagree, you may provide the auditor with additional information for their review. They’ll revise the results if warranted and provide you with a second report for your review.
You don’t need to pay the tax due until you receive a final Tax Order.
