You will receive this letter if you have requested an abatement and we have denied your request. There are many reasons an abatement request could be denied and the reason will be outlined in the letter.
What do I need to do?
Pay your balance due by the due date. If you disagree with the decision, refer to the appeal rights included with the letter.
