Audit Confirmation Letter

​​This letter indicates that an audit has been scheduled. The letter will include the periods under audit, the date and time the audit will take place, and a list of information the auditor will need to see upon arrival at your place of business.

What do I need to do?

Review the letter to be sure that the date, time and location are correct. If there is an error, or you have a question about any of the items the auditor requested for review, contact the auditor.

If you want the auditor to work with someone else on your behalf, you need to complete Form REV184, Power of Attorney, and send it to the auditor.
