Toolkit for October 1 Changeover

All of the following information and documents are for you to use to let people know that starting October 1, 2014, CRVs can only be filed online using the eCRV system.

Your organization can promote the change by using the following materials.

Effective October 1, 2014, the Minnesota Department of Revenue will no longer accept paper versions of the CRV. County and city offices will no longer accept paper copies of the Certificates of Real Estate Value, except for sales that have occurred before Oct. 1, 2014.

They offer online help with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the form and live support with department employees to assist you with any questions. You can find this information on the Revenue website: www.revenue.state.mn.us and type “eCRV” in the Search box.
