e-Services Account Types for CRPs

Use an e-Services account associated with your rental property to create CRPs based on your situation.
If you're unsure what type of e-Services account to use, email us at landlords.mdor@state.mn.us or call 651-556-3017 or 1-833-263-8663.

If the rental property is associated with a business that has a business e-Services account, use that account.
If your business has a Minnesota Tax ID but you do not have an e-Services account, call us to create an account at 651-556-3017 or 1-833-263-8663.
If the rental property is associated with a new business that does not have an e-Services account, create an account. For more information, visit e-Services Information.
Multiple users can access a business account. The user who manages account access can add more users. For more information on account access, visit e-Services Access Types.
Property Management Businesses
If the property management company has a business e-Services account, use that account.
Out-of-state Property Management Businesses
If an out-of-state property management company does not have an e-Services account, call us to create an account at 651-556-3017 or 1-833-263-8663.
If the tax professional has a business e-Services account, use that account. Third-party access is not available for CRPs at this time.

Create and use an individual account if you are either:
- An individual rental property owner
- An individual managing agent helping a property owner for free
Out-of-State Individuals
If you are an out-of-state individual rental property owner, create and use an individual account. If you have not filed an income or property tax return in Minnesota within the last three years, you must call us to create an account at 651-556-3017.
