The Economic Market Value (ECMV) study is a sales ratio-adjusted measure of a community's property wealth. It is the ratio between estimated market value (EMV) and the sales ratio. The Department of Revenue produces ECMV at the property type level within each school district, city, and county.
Starting in 2019, Economic Market Value reports are available through the Interactive Property Tax Data tool. Older reports are listed below.
